I think it was originally from an Einstein quote - "If a cluttered desk is the sign of a cluttered mind, what does an empty desk signify?"

I've certainly heard it put that way, but I didn't know it had any connection with Einstein - seems plausible though.

I took this from a bedroom window having watched the birds come and go on the branches of a tree at the bottom of the garden. They seemed to be feeling a bit fed up. Hence the title. E-500, 45-150 at 150mm.
