To give Nikon their due they do get the cash back to you fairly quickly! (recently bought Mrs Heelis a D40!)

Did you send:-
1) Camera & Lens Stubs with the serial numbers on
2) Nikon CashBack form filled in.
3) Copy of the Original Till Receipt
