D60 which Mem` cards?
      #714376 - 06/10/2008 11:46

ok so thinking `Scandisk` probably the best well known cards to go for, and from there `extreme` range.

size: unless i`m mistaken 4GB is biggest for D60?....unless...anyone tried a bigger card?

thanks.

SanDisk or Lexar, both good cards.

I've got a couple of 4GB SanDisk Extreme III's in my camera at the moment

8GB works OK in D40; with SHDC you should be OK with 16 and 32GB cards too

Page 158 of the manual says that 8GB Panasonic cards are OK in the D60.

Personally, I use smaller cards (4GB max) just in case I have another one fail on me. If I'm in a situation where it's important not to find myself with a full card and miss a shot, I simply make sure I change cards when there's a natural gap in the action.

Toshiba cards are also recommended by Nikon: buy them under the Play.com brand from their web site! 4gb Class 6 for £9.99, post free.
