Hello, I shoot with a 350D. To upload pix onto PC, I connect the camera to PC via USB, and Zoom Browser opens automatically and uploads all the files.
The other day, a message notified me of an update now available for this software, so I downloaded it online.
The following time I turned my PC on, and from then onwards, Zoom Browser has stopped recognizing my 350D when I connect the camera to the PC via the USB. Instead of opening automatically, as it used to, the following message appears:
[CameraWindow] is not compatible with the detected camera
Any of you knowledgeable PC wizards have any idea as to what may have happened?
(I haven't tampered with the software once the update was on it. I just didn't do anything!!!)

(P.S.: thankfully, I own other softwares that will detect the camera OK, but I would still like Z/Browser to work again, as I used to like the way it operated when uploading files from camera)
