Does anyone know if Canon (or 3rd party) have a piece of software that will enable me to view each frame on my laptop as I shoot it. Know it possible just cant find any info on it?

Suggest you have a look at the Breeze Systems website. (I'm a satisfied user of their Browser and Downloader Pro, but no other connection.)

In that case the software came on the disc with the camera. Its easy to use, but get an extension for the USB lead, the one that comes with the camera is a wee bit short.
